For three days, you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to truly be with other women. You will experience yourself first hand. You will see exactly what your level of commitments is, what you value, how you value yourself and you will come face to face with the woman called you. Sometimes this may be a deeply moving revelation, but far more often than not, you will discover your true greatness and learn that the woman you are is more than you had ever imagined. It will happen not just in talking about it but in activities designed to bring this information forward to you and others.

You will be able to incorporate the experiences of these three days into your being. You will know about empowerment, you will understand what stereotypes hinder progress and you will learn who and what really stops women from being all they can be. You will learn the true meaning of sisterhood and include it even more in your life and business.

You will participate in a variety of experiences both in and outside of the classroom setting, facing challenges and obstacles that at times may seem impossible to overcome, yet you will succeed! You will learn the depths of strength, passion and ability you have at your disposal at all times. These are things that once discovered will be with you always.

During WLR you will explore balance. Balance as a woman, is achieved when all aspects of yourself are understood, accepted and embraced. The aspects of female/male, work/rest, giving/receiving, introversion/extroversion, fight/flight, yin/yang and light/dark when brought together create a fully empowered human capable of greatness moment to moment. We will lead an inquiry into the woman leader and begin to drop the supewoman stance.

And WLR is about a Vision. More specifically it is about your Vision for yourself and for your world. Through the experiences, challenges and insights you achieve at WLR you will discover your vision, which is the greatest gift of passion you can give yourself. When you carry your Vision into your family, work and community you can enhance the course of your life and transform the community you live in.

We will explore adaptation the goods and difficulties of this skill and defense. Women seem to put up with more than they need to. Why?

Through the work you do during WLR you will learn to celebrate femininity in its entirety. You can come into balance with the opposite-sex, and new dimensions of male-female and female-female relationships and communication will be developed. You will walk away from these incredible three days, grounded in the knowing of your worth and abilities. And you will be connected to a community of powerful Women Leaders that redefines the meaning of support, cooperation, success and sisterhood.
